Everyone knows that the role of the spindle in the pellet machine is also very important. However, when the pellet machine is used, the spindle will vibrate. So, what is the solution to this problem? The following is the specific method to solve the shaking of the spindle of the pellet machine:

1. Tighten the locking screw on the main gland, then start the machine to see if the spindle is still shaking under inspection. If the main shaft is still shaking at this time, remove the main gland, cushion the main shaft with a copper rod, hit the main shaft with a sledgehammer in the direction of the ring die, and then remove the main shaft sealing cover. Check whether the spindle bearing is in good condition, generally the clearance is too large, remove the bearing and replace it with a new one, and then install the spindle to lock in sequence.

2. In the process of installing the main shaft, pay attention to the square position of the inner ring of the main shaft bearing so that the main shaft can be assembled in place. The distance between the end faces on both sides of the main shaft and the end face of the runner should be kept at about 10 cm. If it is found that the clearance is too large, the keyway fitting clearance is too large, and the safety pin fitting clearance is too large, the above components should be replaced. Having said that, check whether the spindle of the sawdust pellet machine is shaking.

3. After the main shaft of the pellet machine is normal, the distance between the pressing roller and the mold should be adjusted correctly, and should not be adjusted.

4. Check whether the main shaft of the pellet machine is tightened, first remove the oil injection system, remove the main shaft gland, and check whether the Belleville spring is deformed. If the Belleville spring is flat, it's time to replace it.

When we encounter the shaking of the main shaft of the pellet machine, the staff will usually solve it while checking. If the staff can't solve it, we should find a professional maintenance personnel to solve it, so as to bring convenience to our use.
